Seattle - Lakeridge (Forest Ave)
Added on the existing footprint and a complete interior and exterior remodel. The backyard was excavated to provide one level entertaining spaces. A rooftop deck was added onto the new living space, while the flat roof over the patio was desgined to support a green roof.
