Full interior and exterior remodel. We re-designed the floor plan on the interior while re-using. many of the original mid century design finishes and fixtures. This house was wired as a high tech home, with a separate tech room in the basement to control all features in the home including lighting, video, audio, security, and window shades. Once the main house was complete, we scraped the back yard and built new entertaining spaces that maximized the incredible views. A 12-person custom hot tub and terraced yard area for volleyball are some of the highlights.
